ANSWERS FROM KAREN
QUESTION
: I am suffering from constant appearances of Thrush in my mouth and was hoping that you could provide me with a more natural means of attacking the fungus other than the current medications that my doctor prescribed, yet it keeps coming back even worse than the time before.  Could you please tell me which herbal products would be great to use as well as advise me on some of the essential healing oils that could offer much relief.  I was told by a friend that essential oils are good for many sickness or disease infection, including Thrush. In advance, I want to thank you for your help and much needed support in this matter.  Your time and assistance is genuinely appreciated!

ANSWER: First of all, Thrush is a fungus, and sugar feeds it, so eliminate all sugar from your diet immediately. (Check labels, you'd be surprised where it hides!) Next, try some acidophilus. You can find it at the health food store. Garlic may also be effective. Lastly, you might try a rinse of tea tree oil in in water. Swish in the mouth, but don't swallow.
