La Paix Herb Farm has been organic since 1981.  Set in Appalachia, La Paix features 110 acres of wooded paths, gardens, shop, distillery and a Victorian  'Plantation Ihouse, 200 year old log cabin and hand cut stone root cellar.  Pre-registered (by groups or more than 4) workshops and tours feature display gardens including extensive lavender plantings, culinary, medicinal and essential oil plants for the model distillery on site.
