make sure you get this in a timely manner, a couple of
things to keep in mind: Don't change the subject line: We do this because we use searches to catch these emails. We get literally hundred of emails daily. If you want the pdf and have a question, don't change the subject line or we'll might never catch it for months. I'm sure your subject line is cuter than ours, but it might get lost. Trust me. :-) I travel a lot. We don't promise this instantaneously. I wish we could. So sometimes these go out real quick, and sometimes it can take a few days....and that's when the subject line is left intact. The format: pdf only. No other format available.
